Responsible Travel

While fun and adventure are part of every EcoTeach trip, it’s the conservation work, cultural exchange and real world experiences that make a difference for our travelers and the communities we visit.  EcoTeach carefully selects local, community-based projects that have a positive impact on the environment, community and our travelers’ perceptions of the world.

Each EcoTeach traveler directly supports one or more of our projects in Costa Rica, Peru or Mexico.  Our travelers help protect endangered sea turtles, participate in reforestation, build clean burning stoves  and help injured wildlife.  They also provide financial support to our projects and communities through their travel.
